These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Women Beauty Salon mobile application and website, operated by BEST Educational Trust. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering, or using the Women Beauty Salon app or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. For services that require parental consent (for users under 18), a parent or legal guardian must accompany or approve.
3. Account Registration
To book appointments, you must register using your phone number. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Appointments & Bookings
When you book an appointment through our app:
- Bookings are subject to availability of the specialist and time slot
- You will receive a confirmation once your booking is accepted
- You are expected to arrive at the scheduled time
- Walk-in services may be available subject to availability
⚠️ Cancellations: Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed in the app are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounted prices are valid only at the time of booking. Payment is to be made at the salon at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
6. Service Standards
We strive to deliver high-quality beauty services using clean, safe, and professional equipment. We reserve the right to:
- Decline services that may cause harm or are outside our expertise
- Modify services due to allergies, skin conditions, or other health considerations
- Reschedule appointments in case of specialist unavailability
7. Code of Conduct
By visiting the salon or using the app, you agree to:
- Treat staff with respect and professionalism
- Not engage in any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
- Not misuse the app, including creating fake accounts or false bookings
- Comply with all salon rules and safety guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of this code.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Women Beauty Salon app and website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of BEST Educational Trust. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEST Educational Trust shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use
- Allergic reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
- Loss of data or service interruptions
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or website. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu.
